We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about hotel services and amenities.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to address guest needs.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel management systems to process reservations and manage room availability.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting discrepancies.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing reports and managing correspondence as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software; familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
