Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. Responsibilities:
- Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines
- Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations
- Communicate major repairs to upper management
- Maintain interior and exterior of the property ensuring all brand standards are met
- Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel by performing daily assigned cleaning tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
