Job Summary
Must be able to work 3-5 days per week including weekends.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check-in/out, and
complete audit procedures, as required.
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions
and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
- Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services and facilities.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety.
- Understands and enforces cancellation procedures and policies
- Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner and appropriate
action is taken. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that uniform and appearance is clean and tidy and will follow the grooming
standards policy.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior hotel front desk experience
- Must have a passion for delivering outstanding luxury service.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Computer Savvy (type, scan, copy documents)
- Strong multi-tasking skills
