Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with food, beverages, and supplies - Ensure that all food items are fresh, properly labeled, and within expiration dates - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and countertops - Clear tables and clean dishes as needed - Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction - Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Assist with banquet or catering events as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in a hotel or similar hospitality setting is preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register - Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays Note: This is a paid position.
