Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests and residents. More hours available in a couple of months.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-maintained, in a timely fashion.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors; and sanitize bathrooms.
- Change bed linens and towels, restocking supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.
- Able to clean up to 10 rooms daily in 35 Mins or less average.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, or hospitality preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment, particularly in hotel or industrial settings is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service to guests and residents.
