Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use.
- Manage floor care, including sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
- Follow established housekeeping protocols and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles, preferably in hotel or residential settings.
- Strong knowledge of sanitization practices and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
