Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area. This role is essential in creating a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with a variety of food items, including hot and cold dishes, pastries, and beverages.
- Ensure all food items are presented attractively and are safe for consumption by adhering to food handling guidelines.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by regularly cleaning tables, countertops, and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items and maintain effective communication regarding inventory needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
