Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
- Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitization to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Qualifications
