We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and perform floor care duties to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management promptly.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored properly after use.
- Assist with the organization of housekeeping supplies and inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
