Room Attendant
Duties:
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Change bed linens, replenish towels and amenities, and restock supplies as needed
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
- Empty trash containers and replace liners
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and cleanliness
Experience:
- Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
Skills:
- Custodial experience in a hotel or similar environment
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and products
- Familiarity with housekeeping management systems and procedures
- Ability to clean rooms thoroughly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Experience in floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet cleaning)
