What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server position at Country Inns & Suites?
New renovated and established year-round hotel and restaurant is searching for a bartender. Must be energetic, professional, and knowledgeable about a wide variety of cocktail recipes. The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving patrons at the bar and the seating area attached to the bar, monitoring the cash drawer, stocking, and maintaining a high level of company standards. Responsibility and Standards
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
- Keep bar and surrounding area clean in accordance with company guidelines and local health department guidelines.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and account for all discrepancies in the final drawer tally.
- Mix all drinks based on serving size and legal regulations.
- Be able to multi task and work in a fast and effective manner.
