Job Summary
The Hotel Front Desk Clerk will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms
- Handle guest check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Handle guest complaints and issues with tact and diplomacy
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or guest relations preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and phone etiquette
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual or Multilingual)
- Familiarity with hospitality management or hotel management is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
