What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Night Auditor (HOTEL Front Desk EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) position at Country Inns & Suites?
11pm - 7am Monday & Tuesday
Duties:
- Perform night audit functions, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, charges, and payments
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries and requests
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls
- Process reservations and ensure accurate room assignments
- Prepare daily reports and distribute them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and complete end-of-day accounting procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
