Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks and managing housekeeping duties effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs to the management team.
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by responding promptly to requests for additional items or services.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the establishment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional cleaning.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Pay: From $10.70 per hour
