We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Day hours only! Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Ensure that all areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained to provide a pleasant experience for guests.
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing as necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies are low.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred.
- Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in various cleaning techniques and knowledge of industrial cleaning practices.
- Ability to perform custodial duties efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional care.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
