Software Engineer – Level 3 (FRSWE3-002-003) Country Intelligence Group is seeking a Full-Time highly skilled Full-Time Software Engineer to lead and contribute to complex software development projects. In this role, the candidate will serve as the technical lead for multiple development teams, driving innovation and ensuring the successful implementation of new technologies and processes. They will be responsible for overseeing the software development lifecycle, selecting appropriate methodologies in coordination with customers and system engineering, and ensuring the quality and integrity of all developed and modified software.
As a key leader, they will delegate programming and testing responsibilities across teams, providing guidance and monitoring performance to achieve project goals. This role requires a strong technical background, strategic decision-making skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Tasks Performed :
- Recommend new technologies and processes for complex software projects
- Serve as the technical lead of multiple software development teams
- Select the software development process in coordination with the customer and system engineering
- Ensure quality control of all developed and modified software
- Delegate programming and testing responsibilities to one or more teams and monitor their performance
