Job Title: Maintenance Staff

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Staff Member to help maintain our buildings and grounds in a clean, safe, and secure condition. The ideal candidate will be experienced in basic repairs, landscaping, and facility upkeep, and will take pride in keeping the property looking its best for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Groundskeeping & Landscaping
- Mow the lawn using a riding lawn mower.
- Plant and maintain flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
- Sweep walkways and remove debris.
- Trim shrubs, pull weeds, and prune as needed.
- Cut down tree limbs posing safety risks.
- Rake, mulch, and water plants and lawn.
- Apply fertilizer as needed.
- Building Maintenance
- Perform routine inspections of the property and facilities.
- Complete basic repairs of fixtures and equipment.
- Paint as needed to maintain facilities.
- Conduct general cleaning and upkeep of buildings and restrooms.
- Replenish restroom supplies and ensure cleanliness.
- Facility & Event Support
- Clean banquet halls and event spaces.
- Set up and break down tables, chairs, and other furniture for events.
- Assist in the overall cleanliness and readiness of the facility.
- Pool Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the pool.
- Ensure pool safety and proper chemical levels.
- Trash & Waste Management
- Regularly collect and dispose of trash and debris around the premises.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 1 year of maintenance experience (Preferred)
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
