About the Role: Installer – Crafting Outdoor Masterpieces
As an Installer, you'll be an essential part of our on-site construction team, bringing our prefabricated custom outdoor structures to life. Working alongside a Foreman and fellow installers, you'll transform kits into stunning gazebos, pergolas, and more, all while ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Be a Builder: Assemble prefabricated custom outdoor structures on customer sites, working as part of a 2–3-person team.
- Create Experiences: Contribute to creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces that customers will enjoy for years to come.
- Problem-Solve & Collaborate: Work with the team to overcome on-site challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
