IT ERP Business Analyst (NetSuite)

Responsibilities

IT ERP Business Analyst (NetSuite Implementation) Our business is made up of 4 outdoor living manufacturing companies; Country Lane Gazebos, Swing Kingdom, Patiova and Tusk Molding. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT ERP Business Analyst (NetSuite Implementation) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in implementing, enhancing, and being the system administrator for our NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to optimize business processes. Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements for ERP systems.
• Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions.
• System Configuration: Lead the configuration and customization of ERP modules to align with business needs. Configure and create standard reports, dashboards metrics, system forms and workflows.
• System Integration: Connect and integrate other business systems via API connections, for example T&E systems, accounts payable systems, CRM(s) etc.
• User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users; provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, including report writing and data analytics.
• Data Management: Oversee data migration and integrity; conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Project Management: Participate in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of ERP enhancements.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, system configurations, and training materials.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between IT and business units, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
• System Administrator: Maintain system access, security, roles, as well as being the subject matter expert of the ERP.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP system with 4 to 6 years of implementation experience in cross functional areas including financial management, sales and marketing, customer relationship management, warehousing and inventory management, and manufacturing.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, including ERP implementation and optimization. Prior experience in manufacturing business process, including inventory, bill-of-materials as well as the sales processes including CPQ (configure, price, quote) tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ERP certification (e.g., NetSuite Certified Application Associate).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping and modeling techniques.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages.
