As a Packing Specialist, you'll be a vital part of our production process, ensuring our high-quality products arrive safely and on time to customers worldwide. You'll play a crucial role in preparing kits for shipment, ensuring accuracy and preventing damage during transit. This isn't just packing; it's craftsmanship in motion.
What You'll Do:
- Become a Wrapping Pro: Skillfully operate our machine wrapper to protect wood posts and beams for their journey.
- Master the Art of Stacking: Strategically arrange pieces on skids to prevent damage and ensure efficient transportation.
- Precision is Key: Meticulously count and measure components to guarantee order accuracy before final skid preparation.
- Your Eyes on Quality: Report any missing pieces or necessary repairs to your supervisor, maintaining our high standards.
- The Finishing Touch: Securely finish skids with plywood, bands, and shrink wrap after supervisor approval, ensuring safe arrival at their destination.
- Contribute to the Team: Participate in other job-related projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A results-driven attitude with a positive and professional approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A responsible and respectful approach to colleagues and equipment.
- The ability to lift and lower up to 100 lbs. (with appropriate safety measures).
