What You'll Do:
As a key member of our Pavilion Team, you'll be the backbone of our production process, transforming raw materials into the foundations of stunning pavilions. This includes:
- Masterful Material Selection: Expertly choosing lumber to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Precision Craftsmanship: Meticulously cutting and prepping materials using hand tools, patterns, and engineered drawings, ensuring the highest quality for our customers.
- Quality Assurance: Maintaining a keen eye for detail to deliver exceptional structures that exceed expectations.
What You'll Bring:
- A results-driven mindset with a positive, professional attitude.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
- A passion for detail and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Physical capability to lift and lower up to 100 lbs.
- Woodworking/construction experience and forklift certification are a plus!
