What You'll Do:
As a Pergola Craftsman, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our beautiful pergolas to life. Your responsibilities include:
- Staining & Finishing: Applying wood stain, ensuring consistent color and quality, and preparing units for drying.
- Assembly & Fabrication: Assembling headers, attaching braces and trim, and preparing components for kit assembly.
- Machine Operation: Utilizing a drill press and other tools to prep various parts.
- Post Construction: Building nail-lam posts and attaching brackets.
- Maintaining a Safe and Organized Workspace: Contributing to a clean and efficient work environment.
What You'll Bring:
- A positive, results-driven attitude and a professional approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and lower up to 100 lbs.
- Woodworking or construction experience (a plus!).
- Forklift certification (a plus!).
