Country Lane Manor is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality care and support to our residents in a skilled nursing setting. As a vital part of our healthcare team, you will assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Shifts Available :
PRN (As Needed)
Responsibilities :
Assist residents with daily care, including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming.
Provide support to residents with specialized needs, such as dementia care, IV therapy, wound care, and infectious disease protocols.
Follow individualized care plans to promote residents’ health and comfort.
Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to maintain a high standard of care.
Ensure residents are out of bed and engaged in activities according to their care plans.
Maintain a compassionate and respectful approach when interacting with residents, families, and staff.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the nursing team.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
Strong commitment to resident care and safety.
Work Environment :
Skilled nursing facility / Long-term care setting
