Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Country Lane Memory Care Assisted Living. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to our residents, contributing to their comfort and well-being while fostering a supportive environment that enhances their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor resident health status.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each resident.
- Provide compassionate support to residents and their families during challenging times.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards of care.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Illinois.
- Experience in a nursing home or assisted living setting preferred.
