As Culinary Team Lead, you will work alongside kitchen staff and supervisors to direct a cohesive team. You will assist in maintaining an inviting environment, ensuring residents and patients have a good dining experience, and supporting menu creation as requested. Your responsibilities will include initiating/assisting daily production lists, overseeing cleanliness and sanitation of culinary areas, ensuring Safe Food Handling practices, and maintaining consistent Department of Health inspection standards.
