As a Home Health Aide on our Home Care team, you will have an important, hands-on role on our Home Care team, which is comprised of some of the most talented, caring, and committed nurses you will ever meet.     Responsibilities as a HHA/CNA:

    • Provide client care as required under the state licensure
    • Provide basic patient care and treatment
    • Collaborate with registered nurses
    • Educate and update patients on medical treatments
    • Communication and interactions with clients, families, and other health team members are an essential component of this position

    Qualifications as a HHA/CNA:

    • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant and be on the Minnesota Nursing Registry (will certify at Country Manor if not certified)
    • 18 years of age
    • Ability to build rapport with residents
    • Compassionate and caring demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • CPR certification is required (will certify if not certified)

    The ideal candidate for Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) will be clinically competent, compassionate, and committed, with a special interest in serving the elderly.

    This is a part-time position, with flexible hours Monday through Friday. No weekends are required!
