- Acts as first-line of support for all 10 Country Meadow's campus Talent (Training) Development Coordinators (TDs). Serves as main point of contact for talent development needs and questions.
- Assists in planning for all home office training events as requested by leadership team as needed or as scheduled. This may include New Manager’s Orientation, Validation worker course, department head and leadership meetings, etc.
- Serves as main contact for Country Meadows and state regulatory questions. Updates and provides regulatory guidelines annually and as needed to leadership team and Talent Development Coordinators
- Provide support on LMS related issues for all campuses and co-workers.
- Train new TDs and other managers as necessary to use the LMS within their permissions. Teaches LMS basics to any requested team member at a general level of need.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team (as well as the HR team) to discover, create or coordinate continuing education opportunities and talent development of co-workers across the organization
- Creates and distributes monthly department head lessons on a number of topics meant to coach and refresh knowledge of campus management teams.
- Serves as the main resource for training all new Talent Development coordinators. This includes creating a training schedule, coordinating shadows or off-campus experiences, face to face and virtual sessions.
- Assists campuses when possible with Talent Development needs in the absence of a TD.
- Provides guidance for Talent Development to support the retention solution at the campus level. Supporting retention processes and encouraging Talent Development to make regular contacts with co-workers.
- Supports consistent implementation of processes by measuring completion and quality of campus training through a Quality Measurement process.
- Minimum 3-5 years training experience with demonstrated success.
- Demonstrates excellent skill with personal interactions; values and collaborates with others, communicates effectively, builds trust and relationships.
- Possesses a strong desire to succeed; has an appropriate sense of urgency, defines results, solves problems creatively, initiates innovative strategies, focuses on the customer and achieves objectives.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and has the ability to handle multiple priorities. Solutions-focused; critical thinker with a history of problem solving.
- Proficiency using technology; Outlook, Microsoft suite, Power Point, Excel, etc.
- Ability to suggest solutions and modify recommendations in the moment, in response to situations and reactions of others.
- Willing to travel to all campuses for support as needed.
- Observes confidentiality of information related to people and the organization.
