An Accounts Payable Associate at Country Meadows Retirement Communities plays a key role in providing vendor payment processing for our 10 facility locations, home office and related businesses.

Accounts Payable Associate Responsibilities:
- Receives all invoices, internal payment requests, statements and reports from several input sources to review, code, and obtain approval then process requested payment in a timely and efficient way with accuracy.
- Review and apply sales/use tax to invoices in a multi-state and for profit/non-profit environment.
- Preparation of reports and reconciliation of various accounts and statements as necessary.
- Maintenance and data management within our online platforms for corporate credit card program, procurement and energy management
- Vendor master file management
Accounts Payable Associate Requirements:
- Must have general knowledge of computer programs, business math and calculator skills.
- Mush have good customer service skills and be able to prioritize.
- Ability to work and collaborate well with others.
- Multi-tasking capabilities; attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
- Must be able to communicate the English language effectively both orally and in writing, and
comprehend the same. - Must have minimum of high school diploma or GED.
