Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Working with multiple locations in communication of application orders, batching orders, and ensuring trucks get loaded with correct product.
- Must have essential knowledge of material handling equipment and how to maintain that equipment.
- Responsible for consulting with producers and making appropriate recommendations of crop nutrients, crop protection, seed, and precision ag.
- Must be an effective communicator.
- Must have effective organization skills.
- Schedule and dispatch application equipment assigned to the location.
- Responsible for managing the locations inventory.
- Required to work with Location Manager on product inventory needs and location space management. This will be accomplished by knowing what is on hand, the demand for each product, and ordering product in timely fashion to serve the customer.
- Work with Location Manager to maintain a high level of customer service by operating the plant to meet demand needs.
- Operate the plant in accordance with the Cooperatives safety policies, maintenance program, and housekeeping standards.
- Supervise Plant Personnel.
- Perform regular inventories, verify physical on-hand to accounting system.
