Job Title:HOA Concierge/Bartender
Supervisor: Activities Director or Manager on Duty
General Job Description:
Assist the Managers on duty with the daily operation of a 400 Unit Residential 55 Community. Assist with all Social & Recreational activities on the days you are assigned to work only.
Bartend both the inside and outside bars.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Check-in and conduct policies for Clubhouse, Fitness Center and any other screening as necessary
· Help Homeowners with the POS system, questions, sign up & cost
· Answer Phones Serve legal age residents and guests' alcohol.
· Serve {Soda/water/food to all residents and guests).
· Collect money for the drinks via the POS system.
· Monitor liquor inventories, expiration dates.
· Monitor Security Cameras
· Assist with all Social & Recreational Activities on days your assigned to work
· Assist or Forward Resident Questions to the appropriate management.
· Assist with the cleaning and good order of the Clubhouse On a daily basis during the opening procedure
· Sanitize Clubhouse, Fitness Center and Bathrooms as needed.
· Assist with making Event flyers & spreadsheets.
· Pool check-in for Homeowners & Guest (May-Sept)
· Assist with making sure all Homeowners and their Guest have an updated Universal Waiver and then update pool lists.
· Set up interviews for possible new employees
· Train new employees for the Concierge position
· Maintain & update Pool/Guest list
· Other Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collect Money for Events and Activities via the POS System
· Keep the bar/kitchen area clean. Wipe down all the cabinets, countertops, refrigerators
{inside & outside), mop the floor.
· Empty all trash containers and throw-out into the outside dumpster.
· Clean up any empty glasses and such from the bar, tables and facility.
· Straighten all furniture in the Sports Lounge at closing.
· Inform Manager of potential shortages of alcohol or food.
· Assist with the setup/break down for social functions/activities.
· Print POS cards and establish New Accounts for residents.
· Assist with calling companies for estimates on community needs and menu prices for events.
· All other duties assigned.
Qualifications for the Job:
Education:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Must have or be able to become Certified in CPR and AED.
Experience:
· At least 3 years of work experience preferred and be able to provide good references
· Computer literate, Competent in MS Word, Excel and Adobe.
Key Competencies:
· Must be able to multi task.
· Must have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
· Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
