We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join our team. The Management Trainee will work closely with various departments, gaining hands-on experience in administrative tasks, sales, and inventory control while preparing for future management roles.
Duties
- Assist in daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote our products and services.
- Utilize Excel and Word for data entry, reporting, and documentation purposes.
- Support inventory control processes, including tracking stock levels and managing orders.
- Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to foster strong relationships.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to order supplies for the company.
- Participate in training.
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience or interest in outside sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commercial cleaning experience (1-5 years).
- A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Strong negotiation skills are highly desirable.
- A willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.
