Responsibilities
- Operate blending equipment to mix ingredients according to specified recipes and production schedules.
- Ensure all ingredients are properly measured and prepared before blending.
- Sanitate work areas and equipment regularly to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
- Conduct routine maintenance on blending equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.
- Assist in the fabrication of new recipes as needed, providing input based on experience and observations.
- Maintain accurate records of blending processes, including ingredient usage and batch numbers.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus for handling bulk ingredients.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles is highly desirable.
- A background in restaurant settings or food preparation will be beneficial for understanding kitchen operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

Pay: $20.52 - $22.79 per hour
