As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their needs and preferences, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the industry, maintaining a clean and organized work area, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting in promoting and marketing salon services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology license
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, ($500 bonus if you bring a client list with over 100 clients)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
