We are currently seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. This key role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our stores receive accurate and efficient inventory management, allowing us to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience.

Job Description:

• Safely receives and stocks inbound freight, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all receiving and stocking processes.
• Reads production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Unloads trucks and accurately checks-in received merchandise, loading and unloading heavy, irregular-shaped merchandise in a safe manner.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of the check-in process to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Operates pallet jacks, forklifts, and miscellaneous carts in a safe and efficient manner.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined classification, such as size, type, style, and color or product code.
• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers.

Requirements:

• Able to understand and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Working knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of productivity and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
