What are the responsibilities and job description for the AM Shift-Caregiver/MedPasser position at Country Villa Assisted Living - Pulaski?
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate MED PASSERS/CAREGIVERS for our 6A-2P shift. FULL TIME/PART TIME
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with ADLs
- Assist residents with transfers
- Promote and encourage residents to attend and participate in facility activities
- Assist with meals
- Light housekeeping (straightening up resident rooms, laundry, stocking rooms)
- Following the resident care plan
- Responding to resident call buttons and addressing needs
- If certified; pass medications in accordance with the EMAR
- Charting all completed tasks in the resident's electronic charts
- Provide emotional support
