Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting residents to their destinations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and staff.
Duties
- Operate a bus or similar vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting residents with boarding and disembarking, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding schedules, delays, or emergencies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bus driving or commercial driving is preferred; experience with limousine or van driving is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to identify basic vehicle issues and perform minor maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with residents and team members.
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations while ensuring passenger safety.
- A commitment to providing high-quality customer service at all times.
- Must pass background checks as required by company policies.
