Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Make beds, tidy resident rooms, and assist with housekeeping tasks.
- Engage residents in activities and social programs to promote well-being.
- Deliver meal trays, assist with feeding when necessary, and help set up the dining room.
- Respond promptly to call lights and provide compassionate assistance.
- Monitor residents’ well-being and report any changes to the appropriate team members.
