Customer Service Representative – Full-Time with Benefits
CP Feeds is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Valders location. We are a successful manufacturing supplier of agriculture mixes and feed ingredients for Eastern Wisconsin, headquartered in Valders, WI. CP Feeds is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Country Visions Cooperative.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The main customer service responsibilities include answering phones, taking orders, processing orders, assisting customers, entering formula/mixes, sending statements, and assisting sales and marketing staff. Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned by management.
SCHEDULE
First shift hours, Monday through Friday. Some flexibility to meet the needs of the right person.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prior customer service experience is strongly preferred
- iRely software system experience is a huge plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Accurate, confident and dependable
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and energetic
- Basic math and computer skills
- Marketing experience is a plus
- Background in agriculture is a plus
