On-site Mobile Home and RV Park Manager for a 213 Space Park in Chino Valley, AZ and Mobile Home Sales
We are a 55 lifestyle community and we are looking for an on-site park manager.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm with a lunch break from 12pm to 1pm
6 hours a day 30 hours per week
Answer phones after hours and on the weekends and be available to address any emergencies in the park.
Benefits: Free housing in a brand new 3 bed 2 bath double wide in the park. Free Water, Gas, Electric, Sewer, and trash service. Paid Vacation time.
Starting Salary: $2,300 to $2,700 a month, based on experience. Commissions on homes you sell in the Park. Commissions could be as much as $20,000 a year or more if you maintain our current home sales rates. Free housing and utilities in a mobile home on the property.
The ideal candidate would have previous mobile park and/or RV park management experience.

Job Responsibilities for Office Team member:
1. Collect Rent, make bank deposits, and balance the rent role sheet on Excel
2. Stay up to date on laws, rules and regulations, and Fair Housing
3. Enforce community rules and regulations, manage eviction processes and notices
4. Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants (We like a happy park!)
5. Review tenant applications, screen potential tenants, execute rental agreements and all other documentation needed after tenant approval.
6. Maintain filing systems and order or pick up office supplies.
7. Obtain a mobile home salesperson’s license to sell new and pre-owned mobile homes in the park. We will help you navigate this. (no testing is required but you must pass a background check with the Arizona Department of Housing)
8. Go on listing appointments at tenant’s homes, market the mobile homes for sale, show the homes for sale, execute all sales paperwork, communicate with title companies, clients, and real estate agents throughout the sale.
9. Screen RV tenants, rent RV spots, maintain RV calendar, bill and collect RV space rent
Qualifications
1. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, general scanning and emailing.
2. Must be friendly and personable.
3. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Must be available on nights and weekends to take calls and address any emergencies in the park. May have to work some weekends to show homes.
5. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Must have strong administration skills including file management and record keeping.
7. Must have the ability to have tough conversations with residents regarding property violations and late rent collections.
