We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join our team at CountryMax Stores. This role is crucial in enhancing our online presence and driving sales through our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will help us maintain our commitment to exceptional service while expanding our reach to customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CountryMax e-commerce website to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility.
- Analyze website traffic and sales data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure product availability online.
- Coordinate with customer service to address online inquiries and issues promptly.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices to keep CountryMax competitive.
