Position Overview
The Inventory Data Coordinator is responsible for managing product data within our Epicor Eagle ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely updates for inventory, pricing, descriptions, and categorization. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our product information, supporting store operations, purchasing, and e-commerce functions. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic data management skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Key Responsibilities
· Enter and update product information, including descriptions, pricing, and categories, into the ERP system.
· Ensure accuracy and consistency of inventory data across all platforms.
· Assist with pricing adjustments, promotions, and product changes as directed.
· Work with purchasing, merchandising, and store teams to maintain up-to-date product listings.
· Identify and correct data discrepancies to ensure clean and organized inventory records.
· Support special projects related to product data management and system enhancements.
· Perform basic data audits and troubleshooting within the ERP system.
· Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding inventory and product information updates.
Qualifications & Skills
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
· Previous experience in data entry, inventory management, retail operations, or a similar role preferred but not required.
· Basic proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and data entry software is a plus. Experience with Epicor Eagle is a major plus.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
· Ability to learn and adapt to new software and processes.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
