Summary
As a Nursery Manager at CountryMax Stores, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursery department. This role is vital to ensuring the health and growth of our plant offerings while delivering outstanding customer service that reflects our commitment to community and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursery team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Oversee the care, maintenance, and irrigation of plants to promote healthy growth.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for plant sales and inventory management.

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing nursery environment.
