Job Type: Part Time, must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays

Job Summary: The Warehouse store team member will mainly be working in a warehouse environment. The primary tasks include the loading and carrying of all product and merchandise for customers. The warehouse team member will also assist with deliveries. This includes farm and track deliveries for customers. While on these deliveries the warehouse team member will be expected to be presentable and provide top notch CountryMax helpful service.

Position Outline: The warehouse store team member is a key position in the store. Loading feed, product and merchandise will be a constant task. This is a very physical job so the warehouse store team member needs to be fit for the job. Completing farm and track deliveries in a timely fashion while maintaining a presentable appearance and helpful attitude is extremely important. The essential job functions include (but are not limited to) are:

· Provide top-notch CountryMax helpful service, including carrying out any and all products for customers and patrons

· After proper education the warehouse store team member will fill propane tanks and operate heavy equipment including the forklift and skid steer

· Based on merit and proper training the warehouse store team member may have the option to become a delivery driver

· As a team keep the warehouse presentable and clean- there is a lot of logistical product and feed movement in the store so cleanliness and organization of the warehouse is a necessity

Position Requirements:

The Warehouse team member will primarily work in the warehouse and possibly on customer deliveries

· Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required

· Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.

· Past experience operating a forklift or working in a warehouse environment is a plus

· Must be able to stand on your feet for up to 12 hours or during the store’s operating hours

· Helpful service and keen social skills are a must
