SUMMER HELP WANTED
We are hiring seasonal full time agricultural aviation ground crew. Come have fun with us this summer working outdoors in this exciting industry. Housing provided on site if needed, or for non-local employees. No pilot seats available at this time.
Requirements: *This first round of early hiring is open only to those with aircraft ground experience and can commit to the 2025 season if we are a fit for each other. Must be 18 . Clean driver license. June through August. Able to work long hours including weekends during peak periods. Able to be away from home for some overnights. Able to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs, Possess high attention to detail and safety. Be able to relate to an agricultural work ethic. Extremely reliable.
Responsibilities: Mixing & Loading of Crop Protection Products and fuel onto Aircraft, Communicate with & assist pilots, Product receiving & inventory, Operate forklift, Maintain accurate records, Maintain clean work facilities, Perform basic maintenance to loading equipment, Effectively multitask and keep up with fast paced aircraft turn around. Drive Company vehicles with fuel trailer to/from various airports.
Schedule: Varied. Standard full time hours per week during basic operations, extended hours required during peak crop periods when we fly all day every day. Need flexibility. Basic operations have normal day shifts, peak periods have start times around 5 am, and shifts could end as late as dark. Peak periods are typically 3-4 weeks. We are looking for mid June, July, August 2025, but can be flexible for college students return date. End of season bonus offered.
