Countryside Care Center is a provider of exceptional short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services. Our skilled nursing team works closely with residents and their families to develop personalized treatment plans that promote hope and strength. We strive to deliver quality care by incorporating progressive therapies and a compassionate approach into our resident’s care plans. Our interdisciplinary team includes nursing staff, therapists, a resident dietitian, and social services, all working together to address each individual’s specific needs and therapy goals.

We are looking for a caring and dedicated CNAs for AM & PM shifts. We offer competitive wages and benefits to the right candidate. These are full-time positions. A minimum of 6 months CNA experience is required .

1,000 signing bonus. Half paid after 90 days and half paid after 6 months.

Responsibilities :

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to include : bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans.
• Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments.
• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor.
• Promote quality services within company, state and federal regulations.
