Countryside Care Center is a 59-bed SNF located in Fresno, CA. We are seeking a Business Office Manager (BOM) with experience in SNF billing and collecting.
BOM must be able to perform the following tasks :
- Manage all aspects of A / R
- Processes and collections of Medicare, Medi-Cal, Managed Medi-Cal, Managed Care Plans, Co-insurance billing and private collections.
- Manage resident trust accounts
- Accurately post cash and balance
- Month end processes
- Navigate A / R billing systems, health plan portals, Medicare DDE etc.
- Must have at least 5 years experience
- Must have competency in working initial and extension of authorizations
- Must know how to get access to Insurance Portals
- Must be knowledgeable on use of PCC
- Must know how to manage trust accounts
- Must exhibit proficiency in Accounts Payable
- Must be reliable in terms of punctuality and atttendance
