- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
- Ensure employees are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Ensure all orientation packets are complete and that employees understand their job responsibilities
- Presents various employee benefits programs including group insurance
- Submit any work related injury documentation to workman's comp
- Answer phones
- Order office supplies
- Maintain office equipment
- Responsible for completing quality of care report.
- Responsible for completing PBJ and QOC report.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management and talent acquisition
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage change effectively
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws, including FMLA
- Expertise in human capital management and employee evaluation
- Familiarity with HR software such as Paychex
- Ability to conduct employee orientation and maintain OSHA compliance
