Duties:
- Perform comprehensive physical assessments and medical histories.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilize telehealth services for remote patient consultations when applicable.
Experience:
- Proficiency in medication administration.
- Skills in health coaching for patient education.
- Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual consultations.
