What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN (Charge Nurse) position at Countryside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center?
The primary purpose of this position is to supervise the day-to-day CNA services for assigned unit to assure that care is being rendered in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Provide licensed nursing care to residents on assigned unit in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures as well as laws regulations and guidelines that pertain to long term care.
