Job Summary
We seek a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This position involves performing various landscaping tasks to maintain and enhance the appearance of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to safely operate various power tools and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform groundskeeping duties, including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns to ensure a well-maintained appearance.
- Maintain and build landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
- Conduct tree care activities, including tree trimming and pruning, to promote healthy growth.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools effectively, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Provide landscape maintenance services, including weeding, mulching, and fertilizing to enhance property aesthetics.
- Collaborated with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is required.
- Become familiar with all equipment such as zero-turn riders, stand-on and walk-behinds), weed eaters, and hand blowers
- Basic mechanical knowledge related to mowers and landscaping equipment is beneficial.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions are essential for this role.
